Easter Music

At Hurstville Methodist Church on Sunday morning last Rev. A. E. Walker conducted a family service. In the evening excerpts from "The Crucifixion" were rendered by the choir the soloists being Messrs. Dunn and Stanley. The preacher was Mr. Sydney Shaw.

At South Hurstville the evening service was specialised with the rendition of the sacred cantata "Olivet to Calvary" by the choir. The principal soloists were Miss Joy Soiling and Mr. William Diamond. Rev. A. E, Walker conducted .the service.

At the Central Assembly Gospel Hall, Cross Street, Hurstville, next Sunday night at 7 o'clock, the young people will present the bible narrative of the complete Easter story. This will be read illustrated by coloured lantern slides and augmented by vocal items.
